For Thai Restaurant. We are seeking candidates with Master Degree in Business Administration. Job duties include: Supervise and control the work of 14 employees, including other professional staffs such as the Assistant Restaurant Manager, Executive chef and Sous Chefs, who in turn supervise and control the work of bartenders, host/ hostess, servers, including taking personnel actions such as hiring, training, scheduling and disciplining, to ensure superior standards of preparation, presentation and service at all times. 40hrs/wk. Var OT.
